1) Manage strategic customers to support their requirements and queries.
2) Liaise with principal to resolve issues faced by these strategic customers.
3) Liaise with the strategic customers to provide market information, forecast, competitors’ information.…etc to principal.
4) Liaise closely with customers from different levels and perform job functions and tasks assigned by superiors and principals.
5) Process new orders and reschedule from customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in relatied major;
Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar position;
Customer oriented, goal driven and self-motivated;
Independent, initiative and able to work under pressure
Fluent in oral English and written.
