职位描述:
School CR Job Description:
1.Communicate with school students on daily basis, answer students’ inquires and help students solve their problems, deal with students’ complaints and help to reach students’ satisfaction of their study experience.
2.Hold students’ orientation session
. Introduce students our iLab content and school classes.
b.Get the students understand the booking process and rules.
c.Teach students how to redeem codes.
d.Change iLab start level to be in accordance with teachers’ evaluation.
3.Get the curriculum from school academic department and update online "calendar" session (workshop and life clue schedule)
4.In charge of student name list (promotional students, suspension student name list)
5.Update students’ booking card information (start and finish date, phone, level…suspension date…)
6.Enter the student oral test score(progress tracker) in school admin account after he/she takes the oral test with one of our native teachers.
7.Handout questionnaires and work on the problem tracking system
8.Supervise booking officers
9.Report to CR department leader and center manager
10.Work closely with sales team and finance team to keep
the refund rate as low as possible.
Requirements:
1.College graduate or above;
2.Having experience on customer service or related is a plus
3.Good command English both on speaking and writing; and good speaking in mandarin;
4.Excellent presentation and communication skills
5.Highly patient, responsible and devoted to work
6.Able to work well in a team environment and work under pressure
7.Good computer skill at office software, and internet;
8.Willing to work on weekend and have weekdays off.
