Responsibilities:
Own and manage assembly / test wip, inventory and product parameters. ATM SMA communicates with upstream factories/ organizations regarding resource availability (piece part , factory capacity and die) to support weekly commit. Communicate (to manufacturing) weekly requirements based on capacity feasible schedules. Work directly with manufacturing, integration, engineering and divisions on product commitments, excursion management and new product introductions. The ATM SMA is responsible for identifying and supporting continuous improvement activities both individually and/or as a member of a process improvement team.
Product SMA
-Responsible and manage assembly / test wip, inventory and product parameters
-Responsible for IFG Buildplan commit
-Owns LI/L3 commit analysis- wip analysis; actual update/ IR/IC/was-is response
-Support QERO, OOC requests from Div; in-charge of optimizing L1 commit and recovery plans
-Inventory Clean-up/EOL management
-Manage product health issues and its impact to BP/supply like b/s, yield, etc…
-Responsible for maintaining the product profile
-Owning Plan It/QX/ Databank synch-up
-AP maintenance and Batching Instructions/Matrix
-Owns parameter update related to PHI
-HB Update and Kitting Schedule publication and monitoring
-Provide help when needed on xRB activities & supply analysis
-Consolidate part set-up to send to PC admin for set-up and oversee the SFP readiness
Die Coordinator (multiple SMAs/Sites)
-Ensure the committed build plan have sufficient DLCP dies to support through die availability evaluation and works with LSMA and other sites counterparts on TRDI transfers if include :
–Perform die analysis and What if analysis for change in BP
–Determine DLCP HB schedule / loading proposal
–Trigger ADI/TRDI Transfer and relo activities
–Work with MPs and mfg to ensure sufficient die prep capacity and reels to support the build and TRDI transfers
–ADI/TRDI Inventory management
–Die Depletion activities
–Work closely with PCP and mfg to resolve DLCP die shipment issue and lots disposition
Responsible to ensure timely maintenance of Plan It and SFP systems for ADI/TRDI information. Detailed activities include: Plan It Die BOH/Intransit update
–Kitting schedule update
–ADI/TRDI parts set-up
–ADI reconciliation
Planning Representative to work on DLCP/die related improvement Process
Monitor and ensure ADI/TRDI utilization within 80%
Scope: Ensure that divisional requests are being supported as best they can be based on available capacity and priority calls. Work closely with fabs on die delivery and inventory management.
