Job Description:

1.Cooperate with the other team members
2.Assist the leader in promoting the rapidity and quality of service
3.Assist the leader in Quality Control
4.Design and complete the workflow
5.Design and complete the promotion plan of Service Tools
6.Complete the promotion plan related
7.Assist the project manager in managing and completing the projects

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related
2.Above 5 years work experience in IT service field
3.Knowledge of Quality Control,ISO 20000 and ITIL.
4.Work experience in multinational corporation with ITIL.
5. Experience in 6 Sigma or related.
6. Strong background of computer science
7.MCSE and CCNA is required
8.Good communicating skills and Teamwork
9.Fluent English Speaking and Writing.

Job Description:

1.Cooperate with the other team members
2.Account management in Windows Active Directory and Exchange Server
3.Configuraiton in Siemens Intranet Systems
4.Offer Second Level support to users problems related with account

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related
2.Above 3 years work experience in IT service field
3.Knowledge of Exchange Server & Active Directory Management
4.MCSE and CCNA is a big plus
5.Knowledge of Project Management is a big plus
6.Good communicating skills and Teamwork

5.CI audit and reporting

3.At least 1 years work experience in configuration and administration
4.Experience in ITIL training and project management
5.Solid knowledge of database theory and tools
