Duties:
- Reporting to the HR Manager;
- Be responsible for a variety of HR activities across the business.
- Will be involved in recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Annual Processes including salary reviews, bonuses and promotions, Learning and Development and employee relations.
- To provide sound HR advice to the business heads.
- Need to coordinate the performance management system and provide advice and counselling to staff where necessary.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified with at least 1 year relevant HR experience,
- A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual.
- With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and have a high attention to detail and enjoy working to tight deadlines
- Working closely with senior management; Will be able to negotiate effectively ensuring HR best practise.
- Fluency in English is an added advantage.
