Responsibilities
1.Responsible for managing office daily issues
2.Responsible for supporting company’s internal applications (non-SAP)
3.Responsible for facilitating headcount management
4.Responsible for facilitating cost and expenses controlling
5.Responsible for assisting sales and marketing assignments
6.Willing to take variable assignments to facilitate the company’s operations
7.Willing to develop consulting competency such as business analysis, SAP functionality knowledge, project management knowledge etc.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Computer Science or related field
2.A minimum 1 year related experience in office management and operation management area within consulting firm or have executive assistant experiences
3.Knowledge and understanding on office management, operation management and ERP concept in consulting area
4.Ability to work effectively and efficiently with variable assignments
5.Good analytical, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills
6.Self-motivated, self-discipline and with proactive working attitude
7.Proficient in written and spoken English
8.Proficient in Microsoft office software
9.Beijing Hukou and based in Beijing
