-Come with suggested modification to Regional Laboratory Korea/Malaysia for identified problem formula in order to meet the requirement from market or customer
-Alternative raw material sourcing and screen test
-Lab trial test when receiving newly approved formula
-Complaint investigation for Decorative products, as well M&PC products
-Cooperate with Production and QC lab regarding problem solving in production for Decorative products
Job Requirements:
bachelor degree or above;
more than 1 year R&D working experiences in coatings company,
good command of written and oral English.
