Job Description:
•Mechanical design of compressor components such as crankcase, crankshaft, using knowledge of FEM, process, mould, material, and so on. And solve mechanic problem by simulation and test. Optimize design in performance, or process area;
•Support CFD and lubrication and tribology engineer in mechanic area. Make simulation or test to offer some critical parameter they need;
•Mechanical dynamic analyze of compressor to make clear mechanic relationship between parts;
•Make the stress-strain, fatigue, modal, and harmonic and so on analyze with FEM to be sure the new design is reliable;
•Follow the prototype of new design up to Engineer release;
•Build up test bench to verify the solution;
Profile
•Bachelor or above in Mechanical area, relevant courses on: Mechanical Design, Material Mechanic; Theory Mechanic; FEM ; and related;
•Proficient in use of FEM (ANSYS, NASTRAN, ABACUS…Others)
•Preferential requirements:
1.Knowledge in the use of 3D CAD, preferable Catia;
2.Knowledge in process, material, mould;
3.Knowledge in acoustic;
4.Knowledge in DSP;
•Good communication in English.
•Good team work capability;
