Job Description:
1.Provide customer service for American customers across the ocean;
2.Reply via e-mail to questions concerning on-line shopping on
put forward by American customers (non-technical-related and technical-related questions);
3.Be mainly responsible for replying questions such as: order inquiry, post-sales service issues, customer suggestions an criticism, payment processing, delivery status and so on;
4.Also responsible for sales and marketing emails;
5.The purpose of CS Department is to answer and resolve all incoming emails in a timely and efficient manner.
Basic Requirement:
1.College background or above, no restrictions on major;
2.Have a professional and strong sense of customer-service, with a real understanding of how to treat customers; those who are previously involved in the fi
3.eld of CS will be given priority;
4.Good English reading, writing and communication abilities;
5.Pass CET-4 or above;
6.Proficient in computer skills, familiar with MS OFFICE, especially MS Outlook; excellent typing skill with no less than 50 letters per minute.
7.This position requires the candidate to be able to work in night shift.
