Job Description
HR Area
Interview arrangement: on-line job advertisement updating, CV screen, conduct junior position interview and provide professional comments, provide candidate shortlist to line manager according position requirements, f2f interview arrangement, record all interview result and input it into computer for future use (especially rejected ones)
Hiring arrangement: To send medical check notice to the new hires. To assist in the campus recruitment or job fair
Orientation assistance: arrange the orientation training for the staff onboard, show the new comers around the company, canteen, locker room, etc., to ask the new comers to fill in the check-in form, to assist the orientation training, prepare and sign the employment contract with the new comers and make softcopy in the system and cc to HR Manager
Staff exit process: to ask the resigned/laidoff employees for their exit procedure and ask them to fill in the exit form
All staff information key-in in Peoplesoft
Admin. Area
Transportation coordination for all employees
Back-up person for Admin. Assistant for incoming call answer and transfer
Stationery distribution and record
M&T invoices collection and report
Keep contact with estate management office of Tianfu Software Park
Pick-up service, hotel reservation, and air-ticket booking
Company activities coordination
Job Requirements
Logical thinking, quick-learning ability, good problem-solving skills
Good working attitude and teamwork spirit
Willing to work under big pressure
General software and financial knowledge
Fluent English both in written and oral
Hands-on experience of MS-Office
