Bachelor degree or above
Major in accounting/economics or other related degree background.
Good English command in speaking, writing and reading.
Proficient with MS office, especially Excel
Roles and responsibility :
1.Be responsible for the payment process and deal with all the delayed payment issues.
2.Filling all relevant back up documents for payment, and set up, maintain, update spends reports/QPS as needed.
3.Close working with AP, prepare off-line payment tracker report in order to well control construction payment and increase proportion of OTP.
4.Response for the reconciliation report of the project’s balance sheet quarterly among SAP/ Versa-Pro /off-line log
5.Keep close cooperate relationship during partners and peers.
6.Project maintenance in both SAP and Versa-Pro system, such as set up project in SAP, maintain WBS code, monitoring project spends and commits, DPN maintenance and other CUBE problem solving with TAC, invoice upload in Versa-Pro, prepare customization spends reports and logs.
7.Settlement and other financial activity.
8.It is 6 months’ contract
