1. Involve in the software architecture design of TMN system
2. Participate in the high level and detail design of TMN system
3. Software implementation and unit test of TMN system
4. Participate in TMN system integration
Requirements：
1. Strong knowledge of C++ or Java, development experience on UNIX or Windows
2. Working experience in software tools: UML/ROSE, ClearCase etc.
3. Working experience on software development process
4. Good communication skill
