This position will work within an established process to set up and maintain the customers and Vendors data.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collection of Master data by e-mail (e.g. Customer and Vendor details)

· Validation and verification of Master Data supplied against the guidelines in place

· Data Input. Master Data records on GIS are updated and keyed in within the expected

or agreed timeline and within the guidelines


THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

· Excellent PC Skills. High level of Excel knowledge required.
· Be able to read and write English
· Detail orientated
· Motivated self-starter
· Ability to work under pressure
· Team player
· College degree and students of Grade 1 and grade 2 are preferred
