ebay CAC 全称是ebay中国分析中心，是一个新成立的team，所以能加入的话未来会有很大的发展空间。这次招的是全职，不是intern, 所以要应届毕业的研究生。并且我们prefer数学或统计专业的masters。

Title of Position: Engineer-Analytics, CAC

Job Responsibilities: · Due to the complex nature of the projects, this position needs to develop in-depth understanding of the complex methodologies designed by US team members. · Extensively use technical tools like SAS/SQL to perform data manipulation, exploratory data analysis, and scoring and automation. In the long run, predictive modeling and segmentation may be required. · Design processes to minimize data quality risks and proactively identify potential data issues. Communicate data needs to Information Management team and partner with them to resolve any potential data issues. Job Requirements: · Ability to quickly learn and understand complex analytical concepts. · Strong analytical skills, capable of solving complex problems in creative and effective ways. · Ability to work with a variety of cross-functional teams to execute initiatives. · Ability to deliver on a rigorous schedule under suitable supervision. Flexible with shifting priorities. · Proficient in English for speaking, reading and writing. · Knowledge with at least one programming language. Prior experience with SAS or in the field of quantitative analysis a plus. · Proficient using other technical tools like SQL, Microsoft Excel and Access · Masters in Math, Statistics or other related fields.

Title of Position: Engineer- Infrastructure, CAC

Job Responsibilities: · Due to the complex nature of the projects, this position needs to develop in-depth understanding of the data needs for analytic projects. · Organize information from multiple data sources and render it in a format suitable for analytical algorithms and processes. Extensively use SQL in a data warehouse environment. Use of UNIX shell, MS Access and MS Excel will also be required. · Design processes to minimize data quality risks and proactively identify potential data issues. Communicate data needs to Information Management team and partner with them to resolve any potential data issues. Job Requirements: · Ability to work with a variety of cross-functional teams to execute initiatives. · Ability to deliver on a rigorous schedule under suitable supervision. Flexible with shifting priorities. · Strong technical skills in data manipulation, data architecture, and data organization and consolidation. Proficient using ANSI SQL in distributed data warehouse environment, UNIX shell scripting and/or other scripting languages, and MS Excel/Access. · Ability to translate complex transactional data into valuable analytical and insightful information. Resolve complex data issues in creative and effective ways. · Proficient in English for speaking, reading and writing. · Masters in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, MIS or other related fields.
