Major Area of Responsibility
As an ESC Field Support Engineer, maintain and support the smooth progress on site, and provide technical support and training.
作为自动扶梯现场办公支援工程师,维护和支持前线的运行,提供技术支持和培训．
Provide technical support to ESC project nationwide acc. to practical needs from FL.
根据现场需求及时对全国的自动扶梯项目进行提供技术支持．
Make necessary analysis and reports on quality feedbacks via the company’s system.
根据公司的系统对扶梯产品进行必要的缺陷反馈分析和报告．
Supply the FL with necessary technical instruction documents.
为前线扶梯项目的运营提供相关的技术支持指导文件．
Carry out technical supervision and management on subcontractors’ performance on ESC site, including escalator hoisting and installation.
对安装分包商在现场的扶梯吊装和安装进行技术监督和管理．
Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
Education: ESC Field Support Engineer graduate or above in engineering;
学历：机械大专以上．
Skill/Proficiency: Capable of English (spoken and written); able to use MS office software package
语言/计算机技能: 英语精通/能熟练使用计算机常用软件
Others: Able to go on business trip nationwide , and capable of escalator troubleshooting by oneself.
其它: 能适应全国性出差.
