Position Specification:
Sell OTIS elevator and escalator.
Basic Accountabilities:
1. Complete New Sales annual plan.
2. Master market information in own sales area.
3. Find customers, develop and maintain the business relationship with the owners, designer, engineering, and estimator and engineering contractor.
4. Introduce the functions and characters of OTIS products.
5. For preparing the binder and quotation sheet and make response for technology.
6. Prepare sales contract and be in charge of business negotiation independently.
7. Cooperate with the other OTIS company and service sales, sales engineering contract administration, financial dept., engineering dept.
8. In charge of tracking charge, send goods, installation.
9. Conduct identifying and evaluating the construction requirements for elevator and communication with customers.
10. Conduct observing, measuring and analyzing customer’s satisfaction.
11. Perform the quality activities under the leading of Senior Manager.
12. Abide, conduct and improve the policy of ISO9000/14000 related to own work.
13. Perform other duties required by Senior Manager.
14. Strictly comply and perform Otis’s EHS and local safety policy, support and participate the activity of EH&S.
Qualification Requirement:
1. Education: College graduates and above.
2. Experience: Relative work experience is preferred.
3. Language: Basic English skills for work accomplishment.
4. Computer Skills: Basic Computer skills for work accomplishment.
5. Other important competencies: Competent at inter-personal communications.
