Job responsibilities include:
Responsible for field follow and pilot programs for NPI. Initially this will encompass Shandong Engineering Machinery but will also include the Cat Suzhou produced product as production is phased in. SEM field follow engineers will report to this position.
Responsible for developing and implementing "find it" process to identify and document field product and quality problems and relay this information to engineering and operation teams. SEM service engineers will report to this position in support of this activity.
