- Within SAP, Knowledge Productization Services (KPS) industrializes the knowledge production, pushes innovation in knowledge transfer, and productizes experience-based knowledge.
- The Community Consultant works closely together with different departments across SAP to enable a smooth knowledge transfer on SAP new solutions.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- You have a good university degree, preferably in English or Computer Science
- You have good IT knowledge
- Excellent ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
- Strong ability to deliver on time and ensure highest quality
- You appreciate working in an international, dynamic and virtual team
- You like to provide solutions and work independently with a high service orientation for our customers
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a part of the KPS team, you will be responsible for organizing the SAP forum and community for a new SAP product for SAP customers, partners and SAP employees.
The wide range of tasks include:
- Encourage SAP customers and partners to enter questions and answers in the forum and community
- Monitor forum threads (questions and answers) for responses to ensure active participation and proper content
- Answer questions when possible and engage community to assist with input
- Inform SAP experts in case of missing answers
- Review posted documents to ensure they are current and without duplication
- Subscribe to the folder so that you are notified of any change/addition to the documents
- Create new folders if necessary to structure your content
- Add News items
- Adapt or delete content and create new content e.g. BLOGs, eLearnings, WIKIPEDIA pages, or organize demo/experts sessions
- Create statistics and reporting on forum threads
- Organize follow-up actions derived from monitoring, e.g.
Need for product enhancements / fixes / usability changes etc.--> Inform SAP Support and SAP Development
Need for more detailed Information / Education --> Inform SAP Experts
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1 year overseas experience is nice to have
