The candidate is responsible for driving optimum yield performances of Assembly and Test Processes. Understands and generates yield analyses and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvements. Common tasks includes extraction and interpretation of yield data, performing commonality analyses for problem solving purposes and identifying yield modulators using automated tools. Leadership in excursion responses and prevention are also part of the expectations.
Requirement:
Extensive knowledge in semiconductor assembly and test processes is preferred. Knowledge in wafer fabrication technology, process characterization and data mining will be an advantage. Candidate should be a good leader and/or team player, open and disciplined. Good problem solving skills and proficiency in written and verbal English are required. The candidate must have a BS degree in Automation/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics/Microelectronics or related majors. MS and PhD will be an advantage and are welcome to apply.
