The candidate will be responsible for the equipment/technology transfer, new equipment installation and qualification and productivity improvement. He/She will ensure continuous improvement projects are carried out to improve equipment performance. The candidate is expected to proliferate the key learning with Virtual Factory and ensure the process robustness and enhancing the equipment reliability through Intel Copy Exactly principle to meet the High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) requirement. The candidate should enhance equipment technicians’ technical capability and develop content expert. In addition, he/she is also responsible for the role modeling safety, quality ownership and behavior as defined in the Intel Safety and Business Practices Excellence (BPx) Policy.
Qualification:
BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Automation or Materials
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Familiarity with semiconductor packaging
Understanding of statistical data analysis techniques
The candidate should be willing to travel and relocate to other city or country per business needs
