Marketing Assistant

Job Responsibility:
1.Implement offline marketing campaigns, involved in the conception and preparation of promotional leaflet and provide wrap-up for each marketing action.
2.Prepare monthly marketing report and seasonal business forecast.
3.Get to know the internal system and database, conduct customer selection for each offline campaign.
4.Learn to treat and analyze customer data to understand customer behavior and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
5.Control gift cost, usage and inventory.
6.Monitor the VIP program.
7.Understand the recruitment practice, methods and channels and get involved in recruitment activity.

Requirements:
1)Undergraduate degree, majored in Marketing or Business Administration.
2)1-2 years working experience in marketing, direct marketing or distance selling industry would be a bonus. New graduate with relevant intern experience is also welcomed.
3)Data sensitive, with strong analytical skill.
4)Understand the Chinese market and have some sense of female fashion.
5)Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
6)A quick learner, self-motivated and result-oriented.
7)A true team player but can work independently as well.
