Responsibilities:
Perform invoicing system
Perform standard office tasks including scheduling appointments and business trips; greeting and screening visitors, telephone calls; checking and distributing documents etc
Requirements:
Prefer bachelor degree with major in Economy;
Good command of English both in writing and speaking;
Able to work independently on assigned tasks;
Good communication and coordinating skills;
Pay attention to details;
High-level of learning, analytical and organization skills and positive attitude.
