-Lab operation logistics which include equipment and resources allocation and schedules commitment, Lab equipment management, maintenance and new equipment introduction.
-Ensure good EHS in Lab area.
-Presenting the capability and capacity of the Lab to internal customers, set up appropriate capability aligning to factory product roadmap.
-Effective communication with other departments to ensure QRE Lab operation run smoothly.
-Liaising with internal/external resources on Labs issues until get final solution.
Qualification:
You must possess a bachelor or above degree in Engineering, with experience in the semiconductors field. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good analytical capabilities as well as a solid teamwork orientation and outstanding communication skills
- Experience in people as well as project management
