JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist with sales and marketing departments in translation of various materials as well as market information research, etc.
2. Assistance in office supplies purchase check-out tracking, filing statistics, etc.
3. Assistance in company’s routine payments, including telephone bills, rent, utilities, internet bills, etc.
4. Assistance in training programs, including sourcing, inquires of quotes, contact & follow up, training room set up & arrangements, collecting feedbacks from receptients, etc;
5. Assist with other tasks activities as needed.
6.Sorting application documents, including CVs, Employment Applications, certificates for entering into entering into corporate HR system;
7.Assist in the routing & follow-up process of applicants,
8.HR data input & update into SAP system;


QUALIFICATION
1. Major in Administration, Human Resources, English or other related field;
2. Good computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Maintain strict confidentiality concerning aspects of employees and company information;
4. Professional and able to work with minimal supervision;
5. Consistently complete quality work in a timely manner;
6. Strong self motivation;
7. Detail oriented with good organization and communication skills;
8. Eager and quick to learn.
