Testing the most vital part of the software development life cycle, Solutions testers ensure that software solutions adhere to the specifications put forth by clients and our own internal Quality processes. These specifications include but are not limited to: usability, functionality, performance, scalability and availability testing across various platforms and technologies.
Responsibility:
Use different testing techniques and processes to ensure that deliveries are acceptable by clients according to the given usability and functionality specifications.
Selection of correct test tools for a given task
Creation and execution of test plans
Skill Requirements:
Knowledge of testing standards and processes
Experience working with various MS Technologies and servers
Experience in Industry standard testing tools and their applications
English writing/reading ability is essential
Software Development Life Cycle Experience
++ Microsoft MCP, MCSE, MCSD, MCAD certification
++ Experience in agile development environment
++ Experience in a CMM/CMMi based organization
++ Experience working in a foreign company environment
++ Fluent spoken English
