The People At Work is a boutique HR Consulting firm, specializing in Human Capital Solutions for Multi-national Companies in the Asia Pacific region. Our global players in the Financial Services, Insurance, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices, Automotive, Technology, Entertainment, Supply Chain, Travel & Hospitality industries.

We have an immediate opening for an Analyst position and this person will be responsible for providing Research support for our on-going Projects and managing our Database Information System for our China office.

The requirements for the Analyst role are as follows:-
• a good University degree
• keen interest in pursuing a HR-related career
• fluent in both written and spoken English. CET 6 / TEM 4 or 8 preferred
• knowledge of Microsoft and internet applications is a must
• have good communication and interpersonal skills
• have initiative, good with managing details and able to work under minimum supervision
• enjoy working in a fast pace work setting.
• able to commute easily to our office located near Lujiazui in Pudong.
