Position Specification:
Under HR supervisor’s direction, be responsible for the Labor Contracts and Social P-file management, employee transfer, promotion and demission process, attendance record, OT control and temp management in order to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies.
Basic Accountabilities:
1.Be responsible for the Labor Contracts sign and renew and daily management.
2.Proceed the employee transfer, promotion and demission.
3.Be responsible for the Social P-file management.
4.Be responsible for the OT control and working time analysis & reports
5.Be responsible for the attendance record and maintenance of Attendance System.
6.Proceed the working relation transfer.
Key Measurements:
1.Execute UTC stipulations, EH&S policies, and company HR regulations, without any behavior of peccancy, fraudulence and falsification.
2.Ensure the 100% accuracy of Social P-file management.
3.Ensure the timely attendance record transfer to Payroll and control the data mistake less than or equal to 1 per month.
4.Ensure the timely employee transfer and working relation transfer without man-made mistake
5.Ensure the 100% accuracy of any kind of reports.
6.Ensure the 100% accomplishment of annual PA targets.
Principle Working Relations:
Related dept of company, all dept in factory and some external dept
Qualification Requirement:
1.Education: Bachelor degree or above
2.Experience: More than 1 year’s management experience in manufacturing joint ventures. More than 1 year’s experience of HR. Have some knowledge of HR management and practice experience.
3.Language: Good English Skill including listening, speaking, reading and writing.
4.Computer Skills: Skillful use of Microsoft office
5.Other Key Competencies: Good cooperation capability, communication skill and emergency-handling skill
