Demonstrated experience using Java, and Java related technologies
Demonstrated experience in product / application development, deployment, and documentation.
Ability to properly use UML, Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns in product development
Experience using Spring
Experience developing and deploying Java web applications utilizing Apache Tomcat.
Experience using relational databases such as Oracle, and SQLServer.
Experience using ORM technologies such as Hibernate
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and solving application support issues.
Experience developing multi-threaded, n-tier applications.
Experience with XML and XSL preferred.
Experience using CVS or Subversion preferred.
Strong technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation
Portlet development experience desired.
Spring Web MVC experience desired.
Development experience for products deployed in a Windows, linux or unix environment, desired.
Non-Technical Skills
Strong English Speaking/Reading/Writing skills
Strong analytical and design skills
Solid understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation, quality assurance and production support
Solid communications and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork skills
