1. Technical support to sensor manufacturing line, including quality, process improvement, red light solving, layout improvement etc.
2. Improve product quality, yield rate by applying 6-sigma and lean tools； continuously focus on process optimization to reduce throughput time, scrap and manufacture cost.
3. Translate or write manufacture procedures, training and qualify operators, refresh train on critical process.
4. Qualify for new process, new production line and localization, provide the original information like NBOM to manufacturing department, qualify the replacement material before releasing to production line.
5. Lead team on equipment and process improvement
6. Cooperate with production line to improve working and environmental condition.
7. Communicate with engineers of Rosemount global.
Requirement:
1. University graduate majored in Automatic control or Electronic engineering. Having experience in manufacturing business or project management is preferred.
2. Good communication and problem solving skill.
3. Self-starter and good team player.
4. Good command of written and spoken English.
