Responsibility:
Interview arrangement
Follow up internship process
Collect required documents from new hires
Prepare new hire on board materials
Consolidate and update HR related documents and forms upon request
Other Ad hoc tasks required by HR Generalist team
Requirements:
Postgraduate student who will start last year's study and can work at least 3 days a week for 6 months
Good oral and written English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative and can work independently
Detail orientated and patient
Proficient Microsoft office skills
Human Resources Management related major is preferred-
