Duties:
1. Work as desk clerk for all interiews
2. Make different HR reports
3. Send meeting notice, and make meeting minutes
4. Work as coordinator to get needed information
5. Make registration for new employee, input and gather staff information
6. Organize training and collect training records.
7. Fax and make copies of the documents.
8. Help make arrangements for guests coming
9. Assigned temporary tasks

Tenneco (Beijing) Ride Control System Co., Ltd. (short for TBRC) established in 1995, is a Sino-US joint venture that is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing automobile shock absorbers for both original equipment manufactures (OE) and replacement market. Its products are sold to the domestic market as well as the others countries’ in Asia-Pacific. The joint venture partners are world-known Tenneco Automotive (TA), which owns 65% equity, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), which owns 35% equity. The Register Funds is USD8.3 million.
As a part of Tenneco’ global network, BMSC is using the similar technology, materials/components, and processes as the other facilities within TA, which ensures the availability of any kind of automobile shock absorbers to any customers in the world.
