Requirements:
• -Courteously receives, welcomes, books and refers visitors to the relevant individual department
• -Operates a switchboard by answering to the phone in a professional and polite manner
• -Accepts delivery of mails and parcels, maintains the reception area in a tidy condition
• -Junior college graduate
• -Good communication skill in both English and Chinese, oral and written
• -Computer application in MS Word, Excel
