Responsibility:
1. Prepare invoices in English and/or Chinese
2. Communicate with clients on invoicing details to enure that invoices are carried out in accordance with contract and billing guidelines.
3. Assist in providing timely and quality finance reports to Company.
Requirements:
1. University degree or above, major in accounting;
2. Good command of Spoken and written English a must, able to communicate with English speaking clients;
3. 1+ Accountant or relevant working experience in foreign invested company preferred.
4. Familiar with the running of invoicing, claims or billing department;
5. Good learning attitude and proactive personality.
