1.Overall analysis on TDD-based evolution to B3G/4G, including system level evaluation 2.and key tech. research
3.Identify key component tech. in TDD evolution, and innovative contributions on them
4.Internal cooperation with R&I/BL on key tech. component

Requirements:
1.Ph.D majored in wireless communications
2.Experiences on CDMA, OFDMA, MIMO, etc.
3.Familiar with main standards, e.g., 3GPP, 3GPP2, IEEE
4.Self-motivated and team work
