• Drive effectiveness of customer incidents handling; customer visits and customer audits.
• Conduct regular internal quality auditor to drive quality system improvement and implementation.
• Effective problem solving via defect analysis, problem containment, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive quality awareness and continuous improvement culture in the company.
Qualifications and Experience
Timely resolution of customer incidents and drive effectiveness of problem solving
Handle customer visits and audits
Conduct internal quality audits to assess weakness in the quality system and drive improvement
Deployment of ISO / TS 16949 Quality Systems
Coordinate and follow-up on the effectiveness of the corrective actions with responsible personnel on quality related issues.
