职位描述/要求：
A. Role Summary 职位概述Financial Assistant to be responsible for CAPEX and major Non
-Merchandising expense tracking through Capital expenditure and expense tracking system. The position need to handle the Vendor Master Database input and maintenance as well as review of contract
B. Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) 主要工作职责
1)To upload budget and commitment information into capital expenditure and expense tracking system
2)To review the financial term in contract and upload it into system.
3)To track the actual CAPEX and Non
-Merchandising expenses according to approved budget.
4)To record and maintain the Vendor Master Database
5)To provide the tracking report to related functions for cost control and management
