We are seeking a Web Developer, who is passionate about great web design, good usability practices, and state of arts creatively thinking and innovation, and is obsessed with crafting pixel-perfect designs and beautiful CSS, to help build user friendly web based application.

Responsibilities:
-Design: Defines CSS guidelines and structures, and implements it in the system, and others;
-Development: Creates HTML and CSS files based designs and storyboard. Develops optimized and cross platform front-end code in CSS, HTML, Javascript, JSF, etc;
-Communications: Interfaces with architect, UI designers, and product managements to understand and implement the latest trends and emerging technologies;
-Innovation: Actively contributes to lessons-learned exerises for completed projects. Suggests new technologies and approaches, often demonstrating and championing their use.

Qualifications
-Experience in relevant web programming experience in CSS, HTML, Javascript;
-Expert in creating clean structured code and stylesheets, with a passion for the latest and greatest techniques in web standards;
-Must demonstrate strong interaction and rapid prototype engineering;
-CSS & DHTML experience;
-Experience in XML/XSLT, HTML/XHTML/WAP, AJAX/Javascript/JSF;
-W3C DOM methods and properties experience;
-Flash/ActionScript experience;
-Willingness to learn new technologies and skills;
-Must be a team player.
