Website Designer/Developer
We are searching for an individual with several years experience designing, implementing and maintaining a highly technical, internationally orientated website.

Ongoing Job Responsibilities:
Design website templates
Design and build websites while working within the constraints of a design template
Update content and graphics on numerous websites
Manage individual projects and meet deadlines.
Communicate with clients regarding their projects.

Requirements:Code HTML, CSS, PHP and Actionscript fluently
Can provide examples of standards-based (HTML) web design in a portfolio and have at least 1 year of experience to show
Proficient in Macromedia graphic and web design programs such as: Fireworks and Dreamweaver ,Flash
Experience in Flash design, including actionscript
Ability to scan, crop, resize and optimize photos using Photoshop/Illustrator
Proficient understanding of user-friendly interfaces, layout & composition, typography, and color theory
Ability to create compelling, innovative, and diverse designs while working within the constraints of a design template

Preferences:
Knowledge of Javascript and PHP
Search engine optimization knowledge and skills a plus
Experience working as a web designer in a company environment or freelance design. (Bachelors Degree preferred)
