(Associate) Member of technical staff (Location: Beijing, 5openings)

Responsibilities:

1. Acquire knowledge of Oracle products and technology stack
2. Develop innovative products based Oracle products and technologies, such as Oracle Database, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Collaboration Suite, Oracle Applications etc.
3. Design and develope J2EE products with Java Swing GUI.
4. Build and optimize Oracle based applications and products with high performance and scalability
5. Project coordination and management with Oracle internal teams and partners
6. Interaction (demo, presentation, development, problem analysis and resolution, etc.)
7. Mentor junior members on technical and career development

Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of Java related technologies(Java Swing/AWT, J2EE, JSP, Servlet). Client-side Java technologies Java Swing/AWT is a strong plus
2. Familiarity with the development, debug and analysis tools for client-side Java technology languages
3. Desired with the globalization (MLS) and Quality Assurance (automatic testing tools) experience of software products
4. C++ programming experience is a plus
5. Good knowledge about Oracle products
6. Familiar with Linux/Unix and Windows operation systems
7. Good communication and inter-personal skills, Good project planning and management skills
8. Must be a good team player and be able to solve problem independently
9. Good English communication skill and be able to speak fluent English
10.BS or MS in Computer Science or related
