Major Responsibilities:
He or she is responsible for contributing to profitability and customer delight by:
1. Understanding and effectively using order fulfillment tools (e.g. Inventory and Allocator reports, ASCP exception reports, etc.) – understand new tools and responsibilities
2. Monitoring order issues and ensuring delivery dates are met
3. Assuring communications to the proper ERP roles on customer orders with deliverables outside of standard intervals are completed in a timely manner.
4. Communicating and monitoring the delivery of unique or critical components including CPP deliveries from the customer that require special systems integration, consolidation, or staging to and from the appropriate locations.
5. Ensuring critical status updates from the source locations are available and Schedule Arrival Dates support the Customer Request Date wherever possible.
6. Participating in monthly PYIRO meetings and project meetings
7. Ensure Scheduled Arrival Dates are accurate and up to date to properly manage inventory levels and aging to optimum levels for NCR, thereby reducing NCR’s assets and improving cash flow
The Customer Delivery Partner functions on his or her own initiative using innovative or proven resolution as well as existing global processes on any exception. He or she interfaces with Implementation Coordinators (when assigned) and creates order fulfillment solutions with Sales, Project Managers, Customer Implementation Specialists, Inventory Allocation Specialist, Material Planner Coordinator, Staging Planner, consolidation and integration centers, and freight forwarders.
The Customer Delivery Partner identifies and implements process improvements for customer delight and for the benefit of NCR. He or she contributes to continuous improvement in demand fulfillment processes.
