Responsibilities:
Ø Analyze client’s requirements under consultant’s instruction；
Ø Search and contact qualified talents ；
Ø Assist consultant in project management: screen, arrange, coordinating introduction & negotiation for short-listed candidates；
Ø Update database
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor degree or above
Ø Good English communication, fluent in reading, clear speaking, writing
Ø 》1 year full time work experience (Headhunting, HR, Tele-sales, Customer service, Consumer, Semiconductor, other services)
Ø Strong communication skill, honest, good team player. Hard working; self-motivated,
Ø Team spirit; ability to work under pressure.
