Responsibilities:
- Liaise between regional customers and sales team/export customer service team (ECS)
- Ensure timely order processing
- Help regional sales manager (RSM) with market development & strategy implementation

Requirements:

- Work experience in customer service, international trade, or tool business
- Teamwork spirit, proactive, good at interpersonal communication
- University degree
- CET-6 or above, other Asian language is a plus
