职位描述/要求: Responsibilities:
1. Receives incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner; 礼貌地接听电话,具备职业素养;
2. Books and setups the conference rooms for meetings; 预订、布置会议室;
3. Receives visitors and guests and manages the guest registration; 接待来访者,进行相关登记;
4. Sorts and posts daily mail for all departments, assisting the staff in making the right deliver service selection; 对办公室日常邮件进行分类、邮寄,协助办公室人员选择正确的邮递方式;
5. Checks on the work attendance record monthly and reports findings to the Human Resources department; 管理每月员工出勤记录,向人力资源部门提供相关出勤信息;
6. Makes travel arrangements for the team, including booking airline tickets and making hotel reservations; 安排团队人员出差事宜,预订机票和住处;
7. Collects the departments’ orders for office supplies, places the orders and delivers the orders. Prepares the monthly stationery consumption report; 汇总各部门办公用品订单、向供应商提交订单、接收并向各部门发放办公用品。完成办公用品消耗月度报告;
8. Stocks the refreshment room; 为茶水间备货;
9. Schedules office equipment repairs; 联系办公设备维修事宜;
