The Management Trainee Program is established to bring a continuous flow of ta
lents into the organization and to oversee their development via rotational as
signments with people and/or project management responsibilities, pairing with
seasoned management professionals, as well as periods of exposure across vari
ous departments and functions to gain the broadest possible experience. The pr
ogram aims to attract talented individuals whose primary interest is to learn
about the business and apply their academic and prior work experiences in our
environment.

l Finance and Administration
Requirements:
l Applicants should be university graduates or have equivalent professional ex
perience.
l Applicants should be between 23 and 28 years of age.
l Applicants should be fluent in English and Mandarin communications, both spo
ken and written
l Applicants should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
l Applicants should be a team player with strong self management skills, able
to work in fast paced, multi-tasked environment.
l Applicants should have some basic knowledge of computer science and software
engineering.
l Knowledge of city planning/ architecture is a plus.
l Desired fields include Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Electronic En
gineering/ Communication Engineering/ City Planning/ Architecture/ Motion Pict
ures & Television/ Digital Arts/ Communication/ Advertising/ Animation and Vis
ual Effects/ Computer Arts.
