岗位职责：
遵循测试驱动开发的流程，进行服务器端编程，开发高质量的服务器端组件。
岗位要求：
熟悉Java编程语言，包括JDK 5.0的特性。
了解XML、JSTL和SQL。
良好的英语读写技能。听说能力良好者更佳。
熟悉软件开发流程及敏捷方法，并在项目中遵循这些流程和方法。
应聘条件：

具有强烈的责任感，思维严谨，热衷于挑战。
良好的Java编程技能，善于思维和总结。
