Overall Responsibilities
Performs general office support and clerical duties following established procedures and detailed instructions;
Take the responsibility of writing documentation

Principal Accountabilities
Maintains general office or departmental files, following up on misplaced, misdirected or misfiled materials.
Looks up files and retrieves contents as requested.
May transfer files to storage and set up new files as directed.
Answer and/or initiate telephone calls. Refers callers/visitors to the proper staff; takes messages as requested.
Opens, sorts and delivers mail to the most appropriate individual.
Performs miscellaneous proofreading, checking, calculations, data entry and posting duties as required.
Performs other special projects assigned by the manager.
Write the application documentation for robotic application or products
Write documentation for patent, paper and routine documentation for the department.

Requirements
Bachelor degree.
Familiar with Microsoft Office tool, or Frame Maker.
Working experience as office assistant, experienced in technical document writing will be preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills. (Must be able to communicate effectively both in written and oral English in a global team.).
Self-motivated and capable of working independently on extended assignments.
Teamwork spirit with demonstrated ability to work in a global team.
Open-mind and energy.
