职位描述/要求: Job Profile????Contracts Function?Contracts?Administrator GeoMarket ??Purpose?The GeoMarket Contracts Administrator is an intermediate level position for employees within the Contracts Function. The Contracts Analyst is a member of the Contracts Team who under the supervision of the GeoMarket Contracts Manager assists in the overall management of all customers service contracts and wellsite subcontracts. The Contracts Analyst position is a key development assignment that should lead to further responsibilities and autonomy within the Contracts Function and the Geomarket team. ??Responsibilities?
-?????????? Reviews and negotiate (drafts when and where necessary) customers’ commercial contracts and supports the Supply Chain team in the drafting and development of the wellsite subcontracts under some level of supervision.
-?????????? Draft and deliver exceptions to tender documents and RFQ′s under some level of supervision.
-?????????? Monitor PO’s to ensure compliance with Company Policies. Highlight and report deviations.
-?????????? Administer contracts and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
-?????????? Comply and promote compliance with Bidding Process.
-?????????? Ensure compliance with Company Policies, Standards and Procedures, and contractual obligations.
-?????????? Load and maintain CRM Contracts Module updated.
-?????????? Propose and draft improvements to existing procedures.
-?????????? Assist the GeoMarket Contracts Manager when required.
-?????????? Generate reports on a regular basis and ad
-hoc.
-?????????? Responsible for the maintenance of Contracts and Tenders files.
-?????????? Participate in presentations and work shops on Company OFS Contracts Risk Standard when requested.
-?????????? Collaborate with the Legal Department in the performance of Operations Assurance Reviews when requested.
-?????????? Perform all required Contracts, QHSE and TCC training.??Education ?
-?????????? Degree in Paralegal, Law, Finance, Contracts Management, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.?? ?Experience ?Fresh out or Minimum 1 year experience in Contracts, Marketing or Legal Departments.?Reporting To?
