职位描述/要求： Data Entry Clerk duties includeFirst collecting monthly reports from all field offices.Booking individual reports to consolidated files, and making consolidation report of companies. Making sure intra company accounts are balancingTracking fixed assets and booking depreciation

We have specialized in providing fully integrated relocation solution for company and their international assignees, including home search and familiarization programs, visa immigration service, property management, cultural awareness programs and im/export of household goods & personal effects. In 2004 we opened our first office in Beijing China as a Wholly Foreign Owned Entity; in 2005 our Shanghai branch was established. Now we employ over 20 people in Beijing and Shanghai. .We anticipate expansion of our business in China and administrative support functions for our other offices. Currently, we have job opening for 2 Accounts Receivables, 3 Sales, 1 Surveyor/Crew Leader. We would expect all applicants to have the following qualifications,1. Excellent written English - preferred TOEFL minimum scores of 150 CBT / 500 PBT2. Understanding of Western business practices3. Knowledge of, or experience in logistics/moving/relocation/shipping industries
