1. To assist the Industrial Distribution Team and be responsible for the overall process for training to clients
* Identify customer training needs
* Monitor and measure effectiveness of the training provided
* Follow up orders
* Assure payment
2. To assist and be responsible for the overall order process for training to the customer
* Check incoming purchase orders
* Get in touch with customer when needed
* Issue Sales Order Confirmation
* Follow up fulfillment
* Troubleshooting
* Calculate quotes to customer
* Give pricing information
* Enter information into the IScala CRM system
3. Training to appointed customers
* Independently manage appointed customer accounts via telephone and personally
* Fulfill sales target with appointed accounts
* Cooperate with Direct Sales for customer visits if needed
* Plan and deliver training courses personally
* Work with external trainers where necessary
4. Sales of Personal Protection Equipment
