招聘职位：客户支持实习生
工作地点：北京
招聘对象：计算机或相关专业在读本科生或硕士

工作内容：
1、日常客户支持
2、客户培训
3、文档制作与撰写
4、数据库查询及报表制作
5、其它日常维护工作

要求：
1、学习能力强，具有较强的团队合作精神和沟通技巧
2、工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳
3、能保证每周5天全职工作
4、表达能力强，熟练的Excel操作技能
5、熟悉SQL语言。
6、2周的试用期

由于项目的原因，有两点要求：
首先一定要能够在几个月内保证时间，每周五天；另外需要大家自带笔记本电脑。
